4 Very Bright Orange Lights Over Table Bay Cape Town South Africa

Hi there, I was sitting on my balcony last night, working on my computer, when I saw 4 very bright and distinct orange lights in the sky over Table Bay. They were in an L formation. Three slowly faded away, while the fourth remained for approximately 10 minutes, moved in a single direction across the sky, and then disappeared from view.

I think observed another bright orange light moving across my view coming from the east and moving west across Table Bay, this moved very slowly, and I observed it for approximately 15 minutes before it vanished from view. Regards.

8 Glowing Orange Balls Over San Jose California USA

Full Description of Event/Sighting: My neighbor came by to say hi, but he said, what the hell is that? It was around 8:40ish while I was watching the SJ Sharks Hockey game in my garage. I looked over my roof line and towards Morgan Hill area where about 8 glowing orange balls. This was 8:40ish pm and at first I thought they were flares, but they were moving erratically.

At first staying still, then moving rapidly. This was Cambrian area facing Morgan Hill. I saw them for several minutes. I Googled the sighting and it looked very similar to other sightings shown multiple round objects moving unnaturally. I am not saying they are not from this world, but it was highly unnatural.

Mist Forms Around Hovering UFO At Horsham Sussex UK

Full Description of Event/Sighting: I was about 8 years old and I had gone to Horsham Sussex, UK for a school trip. I think the sighting happened about a day or so after arriving at the camp. Myself and my cousin took the beds nearest to the window in our room, and two other friends where on the far wall. One night we was all playing around at night like 8 year old boys do, giggling and farting and just joking when I could hear a rumbling noise, a bit like thunder outside.

I looked out the window across the field that was outside our room and I could see like a white mist approaching and I could also see in this order, red, blue and green lights spinning in an anti clockwise rotation. It was not coming towards us very fast, but then it was there. We could all see this craft that was no more than 20-25 meters away hovering outside.

The craft itself was bathed in a ghostly misty light, then the rotating lights went out and it was like the craft had a rectangle middle section which was like smokey windows a black/brown colour and the top and bottom was like brushed aluminum. Now I'm 44 I can say it looked like a flying pill. Then 3 legs came down and then the under section of the craft opened in a kind of a jerky way, not what you would expect from some craft from an advanced civilization.

Next a long silver rod with all I can explain it had what looked like a huge ball bearing on the end of the rod. Next there was a very bright yellow white flash from the ball bearing to the floor outside, then the rod and ball went back into the craft and the flaps shut. I remember looking at the window and I could see movement behind the left hand side window.

It had like 4 or 5 sections of windows following the shape of the craft, then there was a whooshing noise like air escaping and the craft just vanished into thin air. With that we all started to scream and ran out of our room and ran down the hall and started to bang on the headmasters door, he opened the door very angry and we started to tell him what had happened.

He told us to go back to bed and stop making things up. Till this day and I'm 44 now, the whole thing still freaks me out as I now wonder what time it was that we woke up the head master and why no one else heard or saw this beautiful craft.

Full Description of Event/Sighting: I was driving down interstate 195 eastbound, I believe it was in the Marion Massachusetts area of the highway and I believe it was around midnight. I witnessed a large, white ball of light falling from the sky. It was very dark and on a secluded part of 195 and I first noticed a flash of light behind me and I turned to my left and looked out the drivers side window and saw it falling somewhat quickly until it dipped below the tree line.

I kind of prepared myself for an explosion, or impact of some kind because it was so close, but there was nothing, not a sound or explosion or anything. I have searched for an explanation of what it could be ever since, but no concrete idea's of what it could possibly be. I have read similar postings of people around the country and in other countries who described something similar, but none seem to know what it was.

The part I would emphasize the most is it looked as if it was falling, not flying, almost like a comet would, but if it had been a comet at that size and that close I probably wouldn't be alive right now. Even if whoever reads this knows it’s not a UFO and knows what it is, I would appreciate an email because I would really like to know what it was since its puzzled me for 3 years now.

Bright Orange Light Over Southcraigs Kilmarnock UK

Hi there, on Sunday 1st May 2011 I was outside and saw this bright orange light in the sky. It moved fast and silent in a straight line and by time I got my camera which was on mobile, it had gone.

It was too slow for shooting star and too fast for plane. I am in Southcraigs Kilmarnock and this light headed toward Knockentiber/Irvine area. Please help. Thanks.

Red UFO Changes Colour And Comes To A Hover In Ireland

Date: About 1988

Time: Evening.

I saw something in Ireland too, but it was about 1988. It was a red light that looked like a flare, but zig zagged up and down and side to side in impossible movements by conventional aircraft. I followed it and it stopped for about 15 minutes above a local factory. It then shone a white light and changed to blue and moved over a hill.

I followed again and got to a sight that was a quiet marsh. The red floated over the marsh, changed colour again to blue and disappeared over the hill.

Funny thing is that Googled the key words and found a newspaper archive from the 1800's in the UK where a similar event was witnessed.

Single Golden Object Over Pisgah Forest North Carolina USA

Just checking on something I saw recently mid-early morning (about 2-3am) 2 weeks go in April that resembles other accounts. I woke up for who knows what reason, and was looking out my east facing bedroom windows (no curtains or obstructions) and suddenly noticed a single “golden orb” moving south to north, steadily…no flashing lights, no unusual patterns, just straight on course.

It appeared in my line of vision, probably only about 30 seconds total before it just “disappeared” still on it’s course.

Nothing further. I have ‘seen’ unusual things in New Mexico, but not in this particular location.

Large Emerald Green Object Over Three Rivers California

To whom it may concern, back on the 14th of August 2010 my cousin and I were watching shooting stars at Three Rivers in California. It was about half 12 or 1 in the morning and my cousin and I observed a very large emerald green orb fall out of nowhere and disappear behind the mountains. It stayed in the sky for about 5 seconds falling extremely quickly.

I still cant explain it! It was nowhere near the time of sunrise or sunset and it was not an aircraft of any kind! It was at the height of the shooting star activity, but it was far larger and brighter than any star we saw that night. My cousin and I are still adamant that what we saw was not human, but some sort of extra terrestrial.

Orange Balls Of Fire Seen At Charlotte North Carolina

Oh my goodness! I witnessed a very similar circumstance last night, May 1, 2011 in Charlotte, NC. I was outside on my balcony at about 11:30 p.m. looking through my phone when something told me to look up. I look up to find three orange balls of light gliding through the sky. Now they were to close to be stars and seemed to far away to be flares.

I know they weren't planes as they didn’t exhibit the red and blue blinking lights that planes flying at night exhibit. They just glided along over the apartment building across the street from me and into the sky. Then one of them began to get smaller and smaller until it was gone, followed shortly by another and then finally all three had shrunk and disappeared.

I had/have no idea what I had just witnessed. I went inside to get a sip of water before coming back out and not five minutes later, another orange ball of fire "rose" from behind the apartment building across the street before following the same fate as the three previously. I am really itching to know what the heck those lights were about. If you have gotten any answers on what these lights could be, I would very much like to know.

Dark Triangular UFO Witnessed Over Rochester Kent UK

Hi, my name is (name removed), 37, and I live in Rochester Kent. Around the same time last year I was standing outside our back door to our conservatory and as usual I look up at the stars. I first thought I saw a low plane, but at second look there was a dark triangle shaped aircraft running at a slow steady pace heading towards the direction of Walderslade.

There were no sound coming from the craft as if it was like a hand glider and each corner had a bright red light (non flashing, like a normal aircraft would have white and red flashing lights). I called my step son out and we both witnessed it over our heads and in to the distance. My first thoughts was that it was a low satellite, but surely it was to much of an odd shape for one of those, so second thought it was a military aircraft.

I have looked all over the net, but found no such military craft, but a lot of similar sightings to ours and all come back with the same answer, unidentified flying object. Please let me know if you have any more info on this as I am baffled. Thanks.

I called my son, but unfortunately he could not see it because it faded away in a fraction of a second. I cannot say it flew fast because it seemed that it was going away.

Full Description of Event/Sighting: My neighbor friend called me through phone at 6:49pm to come out of my house without him saying anything. At that time I was in my room in second floor, so I immediately came out then he showed me a flying object in the sky. I saw it in the middle of the sky moving towards the northeast.

It took approximately 30 seconds to reach the northeast end and disappeared. It was unusually bright and round in shape (we are not able to see the full body of the object because the time was 6:49pm and no sunlight) Me, my father, my friend and some of my neighbors saw it. My sister also saw it from another place (Approx: 400mts away from where we saw).

Full Description of Event/Sighting: On a summer night of 2010, I spent a nice warm evening with my family and cousins. We saw 3 bright lights. The colors were green, red and a little blue. The motion of the UFO (possibly) was weird. It moved in a circular motion, randomly blinking. We brought out our telescopes and video cameras. My granddaughter and I both recorded the sighting.

Our cousin has told us that he has seen these lights more than once. My granddaughter also had called her friend to look out at the sky, and she also witnessed it. It was a truly amazing mystery to identify it!

Round Orange Balls Of Light Seen From Airplane Returning to San Diego California

Full Description of Event/Sighting: When I looked out the airplane window I saw several round balls of orange flying around the window. I notified the flight attendant and she said to close (pull the small blind) my window. Of course I didn't, I and several others kept watching the orange balls of energy flying around our plane.

They would follow us and then shoot out to space and come back to follow the plane. When we were flying over Catalina Island there were hundreds of orange balls flying all over the place and some were just staying in place. Awesome sight and I never forgot it.

Yellow Orange Disc Shaped Object In The Northern Part Of Edinburgh Scotland UK

Evening of 17th April 2011 (Sunday), about 20:50, travelling from southwest to east, northeast over the northern part of Edinburgh and disappearing in the direction of North Berwick. What at the time I took to be a plane on fire or a meteor or a substantial piece of space debris flying across the sky and disappearing again.

I watched the object for several minutes and it was a rough circle of yellow and orange light. Definitely not an aircraft! I watched it too long and it maintained this disc-shape and light structure that marked it out.

Bright Orange Light Over Ferdinand Indiana U.S.A.

Brian, just last night, I saw something similar to your sighting. I saw a bright orange light travelling at a fairly fast speed across the sky. I ran inside to grab my binoculars when a second one came over the horizon following the same trajectory. It was simply an bright orange orb with a somewhat transparent upward facing cone of orange light above it.

The entire UFO was rotating slightly in a strange horizontal motion, and had no blinking lights. Then a third UFO came over the horizon equidistant from the other 2. It was a very bizarre sighting, and was unlike anything I have ever seen or heard of. I am typically skeptical of many sightings, but this was an exceptionally strange occurrence viewed with my binoculars. I wish I would of had a powerful telescope to view the event, as it was somewhat unsettling. Just thought I'd pass on the info to see if this was similar to your experience.

Orange Glowing Ball Of Light Over Seaforth Liverpool UK

Hi Brian, my name is (name removed) and live in Seaforth, Liverpool. Last night 01-05-2011 at 2330hrs I was in the back garden having a cigarette and noticed a nearly perfect ball glowing orange with a slight haze around it, travelling quickly from east to west. I ran in to get my video camera, by the time I had got it, the object had moved too far away to video, although still about visible.

I have looked online and can't see any other sightings of it for last night. I found a similar picture on a website and have sent you it as a comparison. Aircraft do fly over but this had none of the lights you would normally see. I have seen Chinese lanterns and it definitely wasn't one of these either, it was moving far too quickly and there was no wind last night, yes wind speed varies the higher you climb but as I say it was a near perfect ball.

Around 10 Orange Objects Over Polmont Falkirk Central Scotland

Full Description of Event/Sighting: Three weeks ago roughly, me and my brother are in the driveway with the telescope looking at the moon, when strange lights got our attention from above a the Klondyke garden centre at the Polmont motorway turn off.

They were flashing blue and red in a random pattern, hovering going back and forward, wasn't definitive what it was, could have been a chopper,though, we seen several of them, but then there was what we thought was a star fairly low on the horizon.

The it started moving slowly upward, then it just took off and arched way up over us and went towards the BP area.

Tonight on our way back from Stirling, there was a low dim orange orb low in the sky, once we drove around to get a better view, it was gone. Then further down a bright orange light like a BP flame, but nowhere near the BP. The road took us away from it though.

When we pulled up in Polmont, we have the top down on car and looked up at the sky, must have seen about 10 things moving at different times from between 12:00am – 1:00am. They looked like satellites, but they didn't have a straight trajectory.

They were weaving and changing direction, then one thing was low and took off at serious high speed, but was not a shooting star, for sure. There was a lot of activity in the sky for sure. Did anyone else see these things?

Military Guard With Canine Observe UFO Over The Canon AFB Clovis Mexico (Jets Scrambled)

Hi Brian, saw your website. My name is (name removed) AFB, Canon AFB Clovis Mexico. I would like to tell you of my encounter with a UFO, My Serial # was (removed), which you can check from record book on the apswho. I was walking the tarmac guarding F-100 Sabre Jets. Let me explain at this time my encounter, it was about 3:00am I was walking with my canine, a shepherd called Olex, when I looked into the night sky and saw a bright dot. The object I saw was moving radically left to right up and down and this is something I've never seen before.

I kept staring at it and couldn't believe what I saw. The object moved so radically that I called base command. Base command sent four Sabre Jets for what I explained to them. As the jets took off, I saw the object moving faster and more radically. When the jets came back the crews of the Jets shook their heads and said we couldn't get it.

One captain told me they saw it and it was gone in a flash still shaking their heads. So I guess Brian, there are really UFO's? I just wanted to tell you this because I know in the real world we don’t identify other sources of life, but this was an encounter that I have to tell you before my days our ended. Large Red/Orange Ball Of Flame Over Pataskala Ohio

Date: April 30, 2011

Time: Evening.

Hi Brian, my name is (name removed). I am contacting you about a sighting of an UFO last night (Saturday April 30, 2011). I was searching Google for similar sightings, and came across the exact same thing from July of last year.

My family and I were just returning from a trip to the local Kroger grocery, and were stepping up the stairs to our porch. That's when I looked up and to the east of our home and saw it. It appeared to be a large, red/orange, ball of flame. It looked to be ascending as it moved across the sky to the north/northwest, and was moving rapidly.

Perhaps 2-3 times the normal rate of a plane flying at any altitude. As it passed overhead it was clearly below cloud cover for the night. As it went over the house we could make out a large reddish hue encompassing a small, bright ball of flame. It lasted just a minute, or two until it passed back into the clouds to the west.

Strange Blue Light Observed Over Tallahassee And Apalachicola Forest Florida (Meteor)

Date: Friday night/Saturday morning April 2011

Time: Approx: 10:00 p.m.

But about a year ago there was a blue light outside my window. I woke up very frightened and out of the corner of my eye was the light, but only for a split second. I felt something was outside, almost an instinct there was, and when I did look nothing was there.

The following morning I tried to find out if there were any other sightings and come to find out there was a UFO sighting not too far from where I lived at the time. Which was near the Apalachicola forest.

Fast Moving Orange Glowing Object Over High Lane Stockport UK

Date: April 29, 2011

Time: Evening.

Hi, last Friday (April 29 2011) I witnessed the same phenomenon (I’m in High Lane Stockport). My first thought was that it was a military jet igniting afterburners, but it was far too close to Manchester airport flight path and approach, and not even close to Woodford approach. I ran to the west looking window and it suddenly shot skyward and disappeared.

If it was a jet with afterburners, why didn’t I hear the noise? Even here in High Lane, I can often hear the sound of commercial jetliners reversing thrust at Manchester airport. I estimate that what I saw was only 3 or 4 miles way and low on the horizon. I can’t believe that even if it was a military or experimental aircraft that it would have been allowed to fly in civil airspace.

Any ideas?
